‘Tis the Season to Get Spooky with Your Coven! Join Parlour’s Jacquie Inda Hood for a fun and creative night decorating black witch hats! Choose from an array of ribbons, feathers, florals, trim, and Halloween oddities to create a custom and unique hat for the witch in you. Bring your own witch’s brew, and hit the town with the girls once your masterpiece has come to life!
