Caitlyn Clark is a sculptor whose practice is driven by a love of exploring materials and different ways of using them. Forged steel, handmade paper, woven basket reed, pastels, and stitched fabric are among the media she enjoys using. Her sculptures and drawings generally reflect on connections between the human-made and natural worlds. Caitlyn is from Mandeville, Louisiana, with her studio currently being based in New Albany, Indiana.

Exhibition Opening at Fall for Art on Saturday, October 10th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Working primarily in portraiture and the human form, Roberts uses pencil and graphite to explore human emotion and the experiences that shape our lives. His work ranges from detailed realism to surrealistic compositions, inviting viewers to find their own meaning within each image. His artwork has been featured in local galleries, magazines and news publications.
With Moments in Time, Roberts reflects on the many experiences that mark the passage of a life—from moments of celebration and connection to those of failure, betrayal and vulnerability. The exhibition honors the past, present and future while considering how individual perspectives shape the way we remember and understand our experiences.
“Differing lenses, varying perceptions, and diverse perspectives” are at the heart of the exhibition, which serves as a reminder of both the fleeting nature and enduring value of our individual moments. Roberts describes the work as an invitation to recognize that life is “short,” “fleeting” and “fragile,” yet still worth experiencing fully.
Roberts has deep roots in the Covington community, where he has lived for more than 35 years. In addition to his work as an artist, he has served the community through education, nonprofit leadership and public service, including two terms as a Covington city councilman.

The St. Tammany Art Association announces a call for entries to its St. Tammany Parish Arts Educators Exhibition. Entrants may submit up to three pieces for consideration.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS:
Images and bios must be received no later than midnight on Sunday, November 29, 2026.
Submissions will be accepted only through STAA’s website: www.sttammany.art/edexhibition.

NOTIFICATION TO APPLICANTS:
No later than Wednesday, December 9, 2026.

DELIVERY OF ART TO GALLERY:
All art must be delivered to the gallery December 16 - 19, 11am – 4pm.

ARTISTS RECEPTION:
Saturday, January 9, 2027

PICK UP OF HAND-DELIVERED WORK:
March 31 – April 3, 2027

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all current art educators in St. Tammany Parish public and private schools.

AWARDS:
Monetary awards will be presented at the opening reception.

MEDIA:
Original visual art completed within the past two years, and not previously exhibited at STAA is accepted. Reproductions of original artwork are not admitted. Space limitations do not allow us to accommodate film, video or large installations.
