Art Under the Oaks provides entrepreneurial opportunities to local artists, while fostering creative community relationships by allowing artists to sell directly to the public.
Artists are required to provide their own supplies for set up: tent, chairs, tables, etc.
Artists will be allowed to set up beginning at 8:30am on Saturday, November 15th. Set up is NOT allowed until then.
It is not recommended, but artists are allowed to leave their set ups overnight. NO security will be provided. Artists leave any supplies and artwork at their own risk.
Due to high demand and the nature of admission to Three Rivers Art Festival, $75 of your booth fee is non-refundable if STAA is notified of cancellation prior to Tuesday, November 11th. All cancellations after November 11th are completely non-refundable.
